Age Requirement: The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We cannot ship spirits to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Due to state laws we are NOT allowed to ship spirits to the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, or Utah. At this time, we do not ship outside of the Continental United States or to AE or PO boxes. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us directly. We can not offer fixed price shipping on orders to Alaska nor Hawaii. Washington State Spirits Tax (SST 20.5%) and Liter Tax (SLT $3.77/liter) are charged upon checkout for any Washington State delivery addresses. Out of state purchases now no longer require this tax, only additional fees will be $20.00 flat-rate per order + $6.00 per bottle.

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

For apparel, we have a flat rate shipping fee for all US orders under $100. That rate is $6 per item. All US orders over $100 ship for free. Typically we ship via USPS. occasionally, when it makes sense for the customer we will ship UPS. For all shipments in the United States, we ship USPS first class or USPS Priority mail depending on weight. International orders ship by weight and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we DO NOT provide a return label. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Alphabet Vodka at the customers’ expense. Alphabet Vodka will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. We are not responsible for lost items, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. In other words, check your shipping and billing details carefully before finalizing it.
